Prenatal & Infant Dental Care
Dental health and proper nutrition are both very important for the expectant mother. A baby’s tooth development begins at approximately 6-8 weeks and continues throughout pregnancy. Hardening of baby teeth begins at four months. For the mother, changes in estrogen and progesterone levels cause an increase in dental problems that need careful attention throughout pregnancy.
Dental Care for the Elderly
At the CHP Dental Center, we take special care to tend to the dental health needs of our elderly patients, and we are sensitive to those who may be living on a fixed income.

Outreach
CHP outreach staff conduct publicized health and dental screenings and education in well-known, accessible locations throughout the community at town halls, libraries, faith-based organizations, schools, work places, councils on aging, low income housing, community centers, reaching those in need of dental care.
Special Needs
Our office is entirely handicap accessible. We offer personalized assistance for handicapped patients, including special planning and management of treatment for patients with complex medical or physical needs. We take special care in making appointments that keep number and length of visits to a minimum.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10:30am to 6:30pm
Dental Emergency Walk In Care:
Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 10:00am
